REVISION GUIDELINES
The number of revisions included is determined by the package you’ve chosen, and you’re entitled to request revisions up to the specified limit outlined in your package details. Our commitment is to deliver top-notch service, and we’ll persist in revising until your requirements are fulfilled. No extra charges will be applied if the design concepts remain unchanged. Expect your revised design within 48 hours.
Any alterations or revisions requested post-finalization of logo/website designs will be regarded as a new order and may incur separate charges.
REFUND POLICY
The refund policy of Municipal 800 Corp will not apply if:
- You have opted for a special package or received any discounts.
- The primary design concept has been approved.
- Unrealistic revisions have been requested.
- Cancellation is unrelated to the company.
- There has been no contact with the company for more than 2 weeks regarding the project.
- Company policies have been violated.
- Another company or designer has been engaged for the same project.
- The creative brief lacks essential information.
- A complete redesign has been requested.
- The refund request exceeds the specified time frame.
- The business is closing, changing its name, or undergoing other alterations.
- Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other non-service-related issues will not warrant a refund under any circumstances.
- If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only be applicable to that specific service and not the entire bundle.The client forfeits any right to refunds beyond a 7-day window following the purchase date.
- No refunds shall be granted for services, including but not limited to Social Media Marketing/Management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights & Trademarks, Web Hosting & Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS), under any circumstance.
- Once the client approves the design for websites and it proceeds to development, refund requests will not be entertained.
- Refunds will not be considered once logo/website designs are approved.
- A partial refund (not exceeding 25%) may be granted if the client fails to provide the initial brief for logo/web design within 10 days of placing the order.
Please note: Municipal 800 Corp reserves the right to reject any project or terminate the contract at its discretion. Upon refund, all design rights will transfer to Municipal 800 Corp, and the client shall have no authority to utilize the designs for any purpose thereafter. The designs will become the exclusive property of Municipal 800 Corp.

Credit Non-Processing:
Customers are eligible to claim credit non-processing only if the Company’s Billing or Customer Care commits to a refund in writing, and we fail to process it within the specified time frame.
